You may not scan or copy that photo without my written permission. I have no problem with you using the image for advertising your horses, farm or training operation. However, you do NOT have the right to give any of my images to anybody else (i.e. third party) to advertise any other business, products, etc. in any manner whatsoever. To do so would constitute copyright infringement, which is illegal and punishable by very large fines (a single photo cost a fellow over $180,000.00 in 2006).

PROOFS are shown "as shot" and have only had their size and resolution lowered. These proofs are not indicative of the high-quality prints you will receive. We do this to expedite getting photos online as quickly as possible, as well as making the pages load quickly.

All photos will be colour corrected, cropped to your chosen size, straightened (if need be), sharpened and lightened/darkened (if needed).
